Over the Wessex Way from Westbourne
Westbourne is closer than it feels. From Poole Road or the Arcade, take Alumhurst Road or Branksome Wood Road north, cross the Wessex Way and you are on the southern edge of Talbot Woods; Bryanstone Road is a couple of turns further on. Eight to ten minutes is typical, and the number 1 bus to Winton does much the same job.
Westbourne patients are often people who work from home in the flats and villas around Alum Chine and want a mid-morning appointment that fits around calls, alongside the independent shop owners from the Arcade who need something after closing. The chines and Branksome Dene are popular with runners and walkers, so we see our share of knee, hip and lower back complaints.
Parking is one of Westbourne's sore points. Our courtyard parking is free and right outside the door, which for anyone used to the Westbourne car parks is reason enough to make the short trip north.
Would 100% recommend Elliot at restore and move. Made a visible difference in my posture and shoulder positioning in just one visit!
